This litter is one I have been dreaming of since keeping back a female from my "O" litter in 2018. Knowing and loving Mowgli plus being able to follow along with other D littermates from Gardiens du Chaos, I knew Bolg was the sire I wanted for the herding litter I was hoping to breed. I expect these puppies to have excellent talent with livestock and they will be shown livestock before leaving our kennel. I hope to lock in the beautiful type that has been passed down for generations in the Gardiens du Chaos kennel by using Bolg as well as locking in that great biddable attitude that is consistent within that D litter & dogs behind them in the pedigree as well. Thank you to his owner for seeing the merit in our beautiful Océane and allowing us to import semen from Bolg.

Let me give a little bit of information about the first generation or so behind Bolg, starting with the grandparents.
Hirgon Yvain de la Bonhardiesse “Homme” is a multi-champion of beauty for several European countries as well as an international champion (CIE). Homme is currently an active working SAR dog with Oger SARdogs in area search, rubble search, and cadaver dog settings as well as having been tested for talent on livestock. He is HD A, ED 0, Echo Clear, Eyes Clear and EU clear. He lives with his daughter Elek (Bolg’s littermate sister), 5 cats and 6 chickens.
Alanis des Gardiens du Chaos “Mita” is a Hungarian champion but more so, a working herding dog. She is described by her owner as her ‘superstar bitch’ and has a very successful career in herding, Frisbee & agility. She is competing in Agility Level 3 (A3) as well as excellent placements while competing in Herding Class level 3. She became a Hungarian Herding Champion in 2015. For this girl, the world is a gamepark and she doesn’t just want to do something; she wants to do it in the best way. While her sense of humor is beloved, she puts her serious face on for working livestock. She is HD A, ED 0, and Echo Clear.

Mita’s parents are Udson du Murier de Sordeille “Udson” (a CH of Luxemborg as well as an Elite A producer who absolutely put his mark on all of his litters and was well loved by fanciers) and Attrayant Garde de la Vie “Jetta” (Hungarian CH, IHT-TS 3 in herding as well as active in bikejoring, Frisbee, weight pull and canicross during her lifetime). Both were HD A and ED 0.
Homme’s parents are Corver Yan du Domaine du Bois de Chartres “Yan” (a dog who has met requirements for CH and International Beauty CH but more importantly is a rubble & avalanche certified SAR dog as well as a Police Certified SAR dog of Romania for all government based missions) and Dianthe de la Noe d’ Orient “Yanthe” (a dutch Champion who was a lovely social mother who was tested for her natural ability towards herding).  Both were HD A.
